Literally just "Ikit infinite nukes" by Blood, but with NO COOLDOWNS and EVEN MORE NUKES

This mod is a simulation of a war with a nuclear country. There are no more enemies for you :)

its affected my auto resolve, heroic victories every battle because of 9999 nukes. Is this working as intended?

It doesn't seem to be working... My built nukes stay at the cap but the in-battle usage is still limited to one-time use, which is odd
