V3.12.2

This mod multiplies the effects of all* civics by 10 *some civics dont work ex: Agrarian Idyll

Apparently if your ship build cost reduction is above 90% ship upgrades take way longer so here's this mod for a fix Ship Retrofit Speed Fixer

Yeah just tested it, for some reason this mod hides the civics from grand archive

Augh this mod makes it so i can't use the civics from the grand archive dlc

yep but i wouldn't do it because i don't want more mods to maintain. however, it wouldn't be a very hard mod to make if you or someone else wanted to make it.

just tested some ideas and it seems that i wont be able to make the mod not overwrite the vanilla files without it becoming non functional. :(
However, i am working on updating the mods and that should be out soon. :)

Also, I would like to ask, can vanilla updates be made compatible?
When the game is updated, this mod will make other new civiv in the original version disappear.
