yep but i wouldn't do it because i don't want more mods to maintain. however, it wouldn't be a very hard mod to make if you or someone else wanted to make it.

just tested some ideas and it seems that i wont be able to make the mod not overwrite the vanilla files without it becoming non functional. :(
However, i am working on updating the mods and that should be out soon. :)

Also, I would like to ask, can vanilla updates be made compatible?
When the game is updated, this mod will make other new civiv in the original version disappear.

on my end all the mods are working, if the mods aren't working for you there could be some mod incompatibilitys that i don't know about or something else that is causing the mods the break.
(also to answer your question there aren't any mods you need for these mods to work)

"Ship buil cost -150%" means ships cost is zero (or will even be given resources when building ships)? Similar question about any indicator of the type "-100%" or reducing something even less, it is zeroing/changing negatively, right? It breaks the balance, already with the free ships. :cleandino:

one game breaking issue with this mod is "Indentured Assets", and "Slaver Guilds".. the enslaved pop ratio being 350% is slighty impossible to play as slaves cant be rulers no matter the class

Before 3.6 this mod
The giant shipyard still needs to consume alloys
At that time it can be achieved almost 1 day to upgrade a ship
Looks like it was "fixed" by Paradox

When this mod is turned on, the "Cordyceptic drones" civic of vanilla 3.6 will disappear directly

HAHAHA, heyo man, this 10x civic also apply to the "Halactic Sovereign" civic meaning you get +10 civic slots as emperor. just wanted to mention if anyone ever wondered it.

hey so i said before in a comment, now deleted, i saw a bug about meritocratic civic, well it turns out it was just a tooltip error, the +105% empire bonus wasn't showing up, but by checking and loading saves with and without the mod i determined it still works even if it doesn't show the bonus for that one.
