Description
Are youre tired of building a base every run? A comfortable place to live at your service. Here you will find (most likely) everything you need for a carefree life. Nearby military warehouses both provide an opportunity to sort the loot as your heart desires and replenish stocks with valuable goods

Map is located west of the crossroads between Muldraugh and Dixie (37x27 cell).

I originally made this mod to save the time it takes to prepare the base for the "long game". I rarely get to play with friends, besides, we like to start over every time after a long break, and in the end it turns out that our whole experience comes down to spending a couple of evenings dragging the basic necessary tools into one place. And for such elements of the game as the exploration of a huge world, for example, we do not have enough time.
Therefore, the very concept of this add-on is somewhat cheating.


Don't be too harsh, this was my first mod.

This is consistently a go-to mod for me whenever I want a chill run (which is all the time). Hoping it gets updated, it's too good not to be.

Hey there,

I have been looking for a replacement to fit this tile since the mod I used got removed from the Workshop. I don't want something like town given the proximity to other towns too far away, so this mod looked about perfect (no title-related pun intended).

However, I spawned a test game to find only a single zed in the whole cell (zed in the army compound - not even a soldier) I get that this is likely designed to make things more relaxed, but it feels far too easy as it is. I would still suggest beefing up the security on the Military compound at the least. An unmanned compound with all that loot and weaponry is kinda OP.

Failing that, could we have an optional harder version, similar to the what the Muldrough Checkpoint mod does? Just adding a duplicate, negating some of the loot, and cranking up the danger levels.

Also, there's 6 metal drums here. D:

Update - after trying several mods on my list, I believe the problem is not the Park Ranger HQ and this mod, but the Park Ranger HQ and the KWRR Trading District mod. It doesn't list what cells the Trading District mod uses but it definitely occupies Cells 37x27 and 37x28

Will conflict with the Park Rangers HQ mod, they both share the same cell
