Adds a series of MES encounters that will provide "shops" that are intended to enrich salvage only games.
If you are familiar with the Escape From Mars scenario these are very much inspired by Miki's Scrap.

The encounters come in two varieties.
Salvage yards that let you convert various things into ingots.
Shops that let you trade in ingots for a small selection of components. (3 per shop)

There is also a shop that provides ammunition for most of the weapons in the game both handheld and grid based.

These encounters are intended to provide a limited means of converting salvaged components into other components when you are playing a salvage only game without any access to assemblers or refineries. Sometimes the RNG nature of encounters just doesn't give you the stuff you want or need and M will help smooth that out. They also provide a means of dealing with any ore or ingots you might have found as loot from encounters. (Or dug up yourself if you have not disabled the ability to mine ores.)

The Scrapyard encounter spawns as a fixed location, and rotates through which items it will accept. Similarly, Mobile manufacturers will spawn in the vicinity of the scrapyard on a rotating basis, each with different items available. The ammo manufacturer will always be available, because sometimes scrap gets angry.

Note: If the first M's Scrapyard to spawn ever despawns or is deleted, the remainder will stop rotating through their various wares for reasons. Until the reasons are resolved, you can fix this by having an admin run the command:
/MES.Debug.ChangeBool.MainScrapyardSpawned.false
and spawning a new M's Scrapyard:
/MES.SPI.M's Multipurpose Scrapyard
(or just drive around until one shows up). This new scrapyard will restart the rotations for itself and all the others in the game.

All the encounters are set to be invulnerable so they can't be raided.

No worries on delays, I'm not that prompt myself :)

The main building is a timed trigger and switches every 1.75 hours.

Sorry for the late reply. I don't have much time to play during the week. The other buildings work. I had a rover spawn in and a ship, but the main building never changes from the ammo be gone. I tried a fresh start with only this mod, and drove around for a half-hour or so and it did not change. Is this a distance driven trigger like other MES mods or a timed trigger? It is hard to use this mod when I cannot convert components into ingots.

Due to a bug in MES, I had to set it up where the first scrapyard controls all the others. If it ever despawns (or is deleted) they all stop changing. There's a note at the bottom of the description with instructions to correct it. Just two commands to run. That should sort it out.

Either I broke it, or this is broken. What triggers the change of the main building? It spawns as the ammo recycling and never changes. Is there a way to force a change to make sure it is working? The only MES mods I have is this, the salvage encounters, and scrapyard encounters.
