Meme aside the Monolith is a 9-Core mid- to lategame heavy destroyer. It is a pure shield tank without any armor but solid mobility and good shielding. And a lot of upgrade potential, up to a full compliment of 10 aux & 10 quantum cores.
Interior is very compact and limited. The hangar will only fit rather compact SVs, like e.g. my Raven or HM1 Miner.
Stock weapon Setup is what I would try against drones, but didn't test it against them yet. Adapt weapons as you see fit.

It comes with enough space for up to 40 additional turrets, giving it firepower rivaling or even exceeding your average Battleship. While parts will chain if destroyed, the interior will not chain completely on exploding, with each wing and the middle being separated. The CPU upgrade rooms are also somewhat armored so your precious CPU upgrades should survive if you meet an rather unfortunate end. Obviously I advise against putting that part of the design to the test in survival.

There is however a problem where the actual roll speed acceleration is much lower than the stat sheet states. I am not sure why, right now I can only assume it is another bug. So be aware that while the mobility is ok, it takes forever to get up to full roll speed. Use the 'o' key to align, that still works.

Update 24.09.2022: Slight facelift to make the front more pretty. Note there are now two thin carbon blocks on each side that you need to remove if you want to use the Turret Hardpoints next to the inner forward facing thruster hardpoints.

Figured out the issue, It has to do with the way the game sees the guns (left to right) and the 21 manual fire gun limit.

Only thing I can imagine would be that those that aren't working are facing in the wrong direction, i.e. are backwards.

Problem with the CV recognizing MX-4 Rapid torpedo launchers. It will only recognize them on one side of the ship, If you place 6 on one "wing" and 6 on the other only 6 will show on the toolbar. but if you place them all (12) on the left side they will all (12) on the toolbar.. Strange I've had several players look at the issue but we cant figure it out. Tried in creative and still have the same issue.

Depends on the thruster position of the main backwards thrusters. Would have to move those further up or down. Makes no sense, but probably won't be fixed either.

Yep, I believe it was you that JRandall calls "the author who rarely sleeps" in his "A Look at the Workshop" youtube videos and it's certainly a fitting moniker. I can't imagine how long it takes to get some of this shaping down, not to mention making them actually perform.
