Controlled Difficulty - Combined Edition

This is based on the Blackout Edition and made for mainly Japanese players.
There are some features seen in the other great mods but customized as we, the Japanese, prefer. So, I do not consider using this version with other mutators together except the Friendly HUD Mutator. Some mods must conflict with this.

Very popular and useful commands are installed in this edition.

• !ot : Open Trader
  You can open the trader wherever you are.
  
• !cdfs : Fill Spares' Ammo
  You can buy ammo for all spare weapons at one time.
  
• !mv : Map Vote
  You can vote to change maps whenever you want.

• DisableBoss : You can skip the boss wave.
  
• StartingwithFullAmmo / StartingwithFullGrenade
  
• DisableSpawners : No vents spawn zeds.

Ideas are from the great RPW Mod.
You can restrict Perks, Levels, Skills, and Weapons.
(Always precision perks only)
Unlike the original RPW Mod, you do not die or lose weapons because of restrictions. You cannot choose banned perks or skills and banned weapons and upgrading are not shown on the trader menu.
