Taurox is a Khornate (Khorne Corruption/Units)

Description
In the base game, Taurox spreads Undivided corruption, as do all of the beastmen. For most of them, this makes perfect sense. We don't have any beastmen followers of Slaanesh, Tzeentch, or Nurgle after all. For Taurox though... I mean, look at the madlad. His hide has been turned to brass, he wields twin red-hot axes, his one vulnerability glows as if molten metal, he's a berzerker, Taurox *is* a Khorngor, well, technically he's a Bloodbull as he's a Doombull not a Gor of any kind but regardless, he's very much a follower of the Blood God.

Now Selo, you might remark, the army book never once uses Khorngor or Bloodbull to describe Taurox, nor does it actually *say* he's a follower of Khorne. This is true, which is why I don't *really* take umbrage with CA choosing to represent him as undivided. I do, however, disagree that he is anything other than a devout follower of the angriest chaos god.

So as a result, I've gone in and changed his faction up. His favored corruption is now Khorne, he spreads it through his buildings both horde and herdstone. The only sources of other corruption are the Bray-shamans, who might go Tzeentch but would never be Khornate so they're fine as is, and his technologies. I looked into changing the technologies, but without modifying his tech tree, which is rather beyond me at the moment, it's just not possible to make his add more Khorne corruption without also making every other beastman lord's techs do the same thing.

Additionally all Lords have had their corruption replaced with Khornate, even the Shamans. Heretical, maybe, but by the eight-pointed star it's easier than changing the hero's passive corruption.

I also tweaked all of the raze corruption and the dillema based to be khornate, though note... this is a change that will actually apply to all Beastmen on the map, as I believe the AI still receives the dilemmas.

And all of this would feel a pretty silly if I hadn't remembered to give them all the Mark of Khorne. Taurox's regular units don't actually receive Frenzy, the magic resist, and the decreased melee defense, but I believe they are buffed by the khornate corruption seeping into the land around them.

However, Taurox *does* now have access to Minotaurs, Chaos Warhounds, and Spawn of Khorne. All of which DO have the full effect of the Mark. These units are *only* available while actually playing *as* Taurox. And please let me know if the Minotaurs or Spawn are not being restricted by unit cap, as they should be.

Doombulls and Gorebulls have now been made into Bloodbulls. They now get the Frenzy, Weapon Strength, Magic Resist, and melee defense changes all khornate units receive.

Slight Incompatibility with Buffed Minotaurs of Khorne requiring this submod to fix and Beasts Most Foul - Blessed-igors. The former gives all the Khornataurs upkeep they shouldn't have, the latter gives the Spawn of Khorne upkeep.

Oh, one last thing.

According to the program, I'm not seeing errors, if something seems wrong (I know, Khornataurs don't currently have a limit, I really haven't taken the time to put in the effort to fix that yet) let me know and I'll look into it but at the moment I'm not seeing errors.

Hello, how's the mod with the new update?
Selonianth  [author] 14 Jun, 2024 @ 3:30pm
That's probably because bloodletters are somehow connected to spawn or khornataurs in the tables.

Also, I realized that with this mod that Taurox has a buff to bloodletters.

Have you thought about implementing some of Trajanns Khorne beast units for Taurox? He makes many things more Khorne-like. Some of them look like they'd belong with Beastmen.

Yea, I've been meaning to add that limit but kept having other things more pressing on my time.
