Better Shadow Warrior and Shadow Walkers

Brings both shadow warriors and shadow walkers melee capabilities to Kislev Ice guard level. Don't forget that martial prowess is still applied on top. So stats will be higher.

Slightly increased ranged damage, because in tabletop they had way higher weapon skill and ballistic skill than most standard hybrid missile units, yet they have lower dps than say quarellers.

This mod fixes that.
