"The Fire And Forget" from TF2.

You can find it in: weapon------Half-Life 2--------Fire And Forget

Also the fire effect in some map may be bugy which makes fire cover the view in first person, but it's fine to kill your foe.

Oh by the way, to reload, press "R" and waits 1 second and the weapon will reload slowly.
