You dont wanna mess with the son of the Devil himself. Devis uses an battle axe and the power of fire to destroy his enemys.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: FIREBALL/FIREBALL OF HELL
Fireball: Shoots a fireball out of his hand that flies horizontally.
Fireball of Hell: Uses his Fire Buff to shoot a bigger fireball that deals more damage, knockback and cant be destroyed.

SIDE SPECIAL(GROUND): SEA OF FLAMES
Creates flames in front him. More flames when the move is charged. The most flames when he has his fire buff.

SIDE SPECIAL(AIR): DEMON-ROCKET
Covers himself in fire and dashes forward. More distance and a freefall-cancel when he has his Fire-Buff

UP SPECIAL: FLYING DEVIL
Flies upwards with his axe then strikes downwards and creates some flames when he lands. More flames when he has the Fire-buff

DOWN SPECIAL: FLAMES OF HELL/FINAL-FIRE
Flames of Hell: Charges up for 3 seconds to give himself the Fire Buff.
Final-Fire: Swings his axe around himself and then creates a huge fire-explosion at the top.

SPECIAL MECHANICS: FIRE-BUFF
Fire Buff: Devis can get the Fire Buff if he uses Flames of Hell(Down B), if he hits with his Ultra(Giga-Flame), if he parries an attack or if he dies. The Fire Buff gives him a small Speed and Size-Increase and makes his special attacks stronger with the cost of consuming the Fire Buff.

OTHER NOTES:
*Down-Tilt can be jump-canceled.
*Down-Air sends him a bit up
*Every air-attack exept Neutral Air can be charged.
