Easier Research for Faction Furniture

Description
By public request a patch that makes the reasearch cost of each furniture set a vanilla book instead of the fancy books the mother mod has.

All the fancy books are still there, but now they are just decoration.

Load after Faction Furniture.

Would it be possible to have a version that also removed the books as well?
