Faster Resupply

Description
Speeds up goods transfer by a factor of 6. Works for port resupply, milk cows, ship looting, etc.


Tired of waitng forever for those lazy dockworkers to load your sub?

Need to head back out ASAP to nail that campaign objective before time runs out?

Don't want to be a sitting duck while your crew takes days to loot those juicy gold bars from the fake neutral cargo that you just boarded?


Turbo charge items transfer with Faster Resupply (TM)! Examples:
. Each Torp loads in 80 mins instead of 8 hours
. Full stack of deck gun ammo (40 units) loads in 4 hours instead of 24
. Full stack of food (100 units) loads in just 5 and a half hours instead of 33+ hours - same change for looting a full stack of shiny gold bars (50 units)

Not savegame compatible unfortunately. It might work, but it might not lol (as all data sheet mods) - to be safe, better to start a new save!

I looked into the mod. Mod should still work fine.
Nothing was changed in the settings in the latest patch.
Mod still changes the same value for the transfer duration
Its only missing the new setting, upgrade duration factor. :)
As mentioned in the description, new save would be the savest way!
Otherwise delete the cache/temp folder and the UBOAT - General.dat. (Appdata/LocalLow...)
But as said, it could be break your save.

Oh this mods not even necessary. I mean of course it takes 5334636534634645363453 days to load your boat with some dried fish and wheels of cheese.

Yeah an update would be nice. I can't find anything else that speeds up the unreasonably slow vanilla loading times for food etc.

2024.1 Preview 13 Update caused bugs with this mod. The different categories for buying stuff at the port disappeared such as torpedoes, fuel, items and equipment. Only the food window is available to purchase things.

@ Myst. I've never heard of Harpoon 2, unfortunately.
I was referring to a game called Cold Waters, I would recommend it, had it not got dropped and left to the mod makers, other than that, It actually is a pretty good game.

For Those wondering my own tests have revealed the "Outdated" Dialog appears in error. It's probably just a matter of the author not updating it since the last hotfix so the version file reads a couple of patches older than what is current (think KSP Mods). To Reiterate: The Mod DOES work on the current version even though it will shout warnings at you when loading the game (which is annoying but not harmful)

This is saying it's outdated in the mod loading screen, is it safe to load it in the current version?
