1. Yes, the mods are compatible
2. they show up in other biotech factions, no new faction
3. I should probably do that at some point, they use vanilla art though, furskin + cat ears

3 questions/ suggestions:

1. if I add both, will they work together? (If not, could you add that?)
2. Are there factions for them? (Both peaceful and not?). If not, could you add that?
3. Could you show pictures of them in the slideshow above?

@GeekyRaptorStudios Biotech is indeed required for this to work. I'll add it to avoid confusion.
