By the Comet - Settlement Slot and Port Revisions (Updated for Patch 5.1.0)

Description
An update to a mod I loved in Warhammer 2 and in Warhammer 3. I have also reverted the port income changes of patch 2.1 and even made some of the weaker ports better.

The premise is simple, lower tier major settlements have more buildings slots available sooner so the player can get infrastructure, military, and garrison buildings online. Now you can get that growth building and a barrack, or a tier one settlement with a major port can do something.

Ports are buildings you can't tear down so they need to be worth the slot they permanently take up in a settlement. Quite a few factions got their economies buffed in Warhammer 3 like High Elves and Lizardmen, but the factions with weaker ports basically waste a slot on a lower income building. I've standardized ports to be on par with most generic income buildings various factions can construct. Special ports such as Erengrad, Marienburg, Bordeleaux, Copher, Lothern, and the Dragon Isles have been restored to former income glory.

Elven Colonies have their +1% income to all ports factionwide but for some reason didn't get the more important +50% income from settlement port. I fixed that.

Karak Eight Peaks is no longer Karak Eight Slots for the factions who care about it: Dwarfs, Greenskins, and Skaven.

Slots work as follows -

Tier 1 - 2 Slots
Tier 2 - 4 Slots
Tier 3 - 5 Slots
Tier 4 - 6 Slots
Tier 5 - 7 Slots

Kislev, Praag, and Erengrad plus Wood Elves -

Tier 1 - 3 Slots
Tier 2 - 5 Slots
Tier 3 - 7 Slots
Tier 4 - 8 Slots
Tier 5 - 9 Slots

Warriors of Chaos Dark Fortresses -

Tier 1 - 2 Slots
Tier 2 - 4 Slots
Tier 3 - 5 Slots
Tier 4 - 6 Slots
Tier 5 - 7 Slots

Normal ports for every faction barring Tomb Kings are standardized, Tomb Kings get half the amount -

Tier 1 - 200 Income
Tier 3 - 400 Income
Tier 5 - 800 Income

I let the Vampire Coast be 250/500/1,000 because they heavily rely on ports.

Shout out to Bastilean, they haven't had time to update the actual mod so I'll do a solid and help out.

I've updated it for Omens of Destruction 6.0.0

Seems to be in working order.

This mode is used for Mixu mode, friends. The game itself already has this feature, so there is no need for the mod. But mixu mode gives 3 slots instead of 4 at level 2. This mode is mandatory if you use Mixu.

Didn't see any major flaws, so this one should be good for where we're all at on Patch 5.0.2

Very possible conflict or overlap. If you want more building slots extended I would go with that. My mod frontloads the slots you get from tier 4 and 5 down to tier 1 and 2 so factions can actually get units/buildings/public order for better variety and development earlier on.

Would this be compatible with mods like building slots extended (which adds slots)?

Your last comment says updated but it isn't.

Norscan ports were one of the few ports that were actually good. They are 200/400/800 like all the others but you can get them by tier 3.
