Description
Now a spiritual successor of @XelNigma's Psy-Eltex, made with his permission.
Increases the potential of Eltex gear by making quality have a bigger impact.
Also introduces compatibility patches and integration between Vanilla Psycasts Expanded and prestige/eltex gear added by other mods.

All changes can be toggled off via mod settings with XML Extensions.

A personal mod, it straight up buffs all the psycast-related stats from equipment/gear in the game to increase and/or add the quality factor:

That means a Legendary quality Eltex Skullcap, which has a base Psychic Sensitivity bonus of 40%, in Vanilla will have 60%, and with this mod, 200%.

Check out the screenshots above: notice how the Neural Heat recovery rate in vanilla isn't at all affected by quality.

Affected Stats: Neural Heat recovery rate, Neural Heat limit, Neural Heat Gain (unused stat), Meditation Psyfocus gain, Psychic Sensitivity and Psychic Sensitivity Offset.

Furthermore, there's a toggle for a Meditation Psyfocus gain stat to be added, in the same style of the Psy-Eltex mod (which will also be affected by the factors above), to all Prestige/Eltex/Anima gear from:

Lastly, it'll also add the Eltex crafting requirement if you are using Vanilla Psycasts Expanded to gear found in the mods above.

This is an OP mod, I wanted to make these expensive gear be worthwhile, but I decided to upload it because I want to know what others think, so if you have any suggestions, feel free to make them!

is that anyway to make outfit generate Psyfocus? No need to do meditation, but passively gain.

The original version has too few sources of Psyfocus, except for drinks and a weapon trait in the personality weapon.

I think so? I don't remember if it's supposed to be automatically, but if you download it the game won't complain.

Another suggestion that could be more balanced would be 2% less Focus usage per Eltex gear, for a total of 10% less focus usage with all items on a single pawn.

A simple suggestion (tho application is vastly different) would to just add 5% Psyfocus reduction to any one piece of a Psycaster equipment with no scaling, as you can only equip 5 total psycaster gear pieces (shirt, vest, robe, skullplate/helmet, staff) for a total of 25% less Focus usage.

Of course I'd recommend having the Anima gear be somewhere in the higher parts, as they have less sensitivity and meditation gain compared to Eltex stuff, but could have something akin to 8% Focus reduction as you can only have tribalwear, veil/crown/mask, and staff equiped.

@Teknikal Arkitekt you do realize that I'm the author of that forked anima bionics mod right? This mod has no interaction with it. The psyfocus cost reduction is indeed from VPE and I have put it into an Anima Horn bodypart. I think it would be very difficult to balance it out with apparel since it was not made to scale with quality, also I have no idea on how to work with quality bionics. This mod is actually very simple, I'm not a programmer.

I think the cost reduction is a vanilla psycasts expanded thing that goes by the name of something to do with cost factor?
