The civilians are safe and sound. Though by the time we reached the officers they'd already been torn to shreds. If only we'd had more time... Now, to the matter at hand. The Soviets are conducting heavy harvesting operations outside Düsseldorf. A blow here would cripple their war machine. Another commander has been tasked with setting up a base in the area and drive out the enemy. The villages in the region are volunteering to assist, motivated by us saving their friends and families. Use a commando to neutralize all threats in the nearby weapons depot, at which point engineers will be dropped in to capture the three structures. Build a supply truck and get it to the villages to arm the inhabitants. A village to the west reportedly has a radar jammer in their possession - if you can get it near the radar dome to the north before the other commander arrives he can deploy without detection. Reinforcements are standing by to the south (heavy armor) and east (MCV) but are blocked by enemy bases. You know what to do.
