Report a translation problem
I suggest deconstructing existing walls to get some resources back in 1.4 (you will need to downgrade for this - or just accept the loss I guess) I added a second set, so there's a medieval, and industrial version now. I may add a spacer set in future, swapping out the extra steel for plasteel and buffing the health pool. Anyways, link below:
EDIT - Tested this on 1.4 swapping from Kinetic's version to my own. The walls remained, although they were in need of repair given my version has a higher heath pool. So maybe duplicate your save files, and test it out first.

Just a heads up, but I noticed the prerequisite technology for Reinforced Walls is just Smithing . Given that they are made mostly from stone, it should probably include Stonecutting as well..(Blah, blah patch etc) - me
Incidentally, my patch moved the tech to 3x-5y if you want to reflect that in the 1.5 edition, save me the trouble of moving it :P
