Brecon: Demicromanagementization, New Buildings and Quality of Life Improvements for Bretonnian Economy

Description
Are you tired of your Bretonnian late-game run when you have countless provinces and you need to oversee economic development that is extremely frustrating to deal with that has no equals among other human factions? Especially if you have a building slot mod. Or do you just wish things were different?

Well, the answer to that is:

YES!
It happened.

So what does this mod actually do?
1. Remove support building requirements for Bretonnian economic buildings (farming, industry), allowing you to build economic buildings to the highest level without the additional building requirement. However, supportive buildings still require the first main chain building to be built prior to construction.
2. Remove associated penalties (so you can have have both farming and industry in one province.
3. The value of all industry buildings has been increased to make them actually worth building (clothier gives 600, tailos gives 900).
4. Add a new economic chain for Bretonnia called services to further bolster your economy
5. Add two new defensive chains for Bretonnia
6. Add roads for Bretonnia and give them province-wide effect (meaning that they should stack up now, and give you a sizable bonus)
7. Removed campaign movement bonus from Bretonnian extra industry buildings, increased their other attached values.
8. Increased port income.
9. Added river ports
10. Added training center (factionwide +1 melee attack and defense for all units)

Overall, this mod encourages players to play tall and manage their realm, encourage slower expansion (if you expandd fast, you'll have to spend a lot) and make chivalrous existence more feasible by making Bretonnia focus on making their provinces more valuable as opposed to raiding, which gives its due reward, as it should. You can now fulfill the Bretonnian ideas of chivalry and make Bretonnia prosperous for all, but it will cost you time and effort.

Recommended to be played with Building Slot openers (Building Slots Extended for me).

@Human72,
In HUCON - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3295227503 , which is a continuation of this mod, with new features including new building chains for Bretonnia, the problem is non-existent. I just checked, and the effects are regionwide, not provincewide. I recommend you move to HUCON.

@Guts
I'll take care of that tomorrow.
It never shows that to me, I only learn about these things from the comments, so thank you for reporting them.

Updated, though I don't know of any bugs in Brecon. If you find them, write them.
