Incorporate States

Description
I made this to instantly incorporate any states owned by your empire. No need to wait 21 years base game anymore!

How it works:
- Acquire any state / colony through war or something and own an unincorporated state.
- A new decision will be available to you now in your decisions tab.
- One click, all the un-incorporated instantly becomes incorporated to you.
- The decision goes away until you acquire some more states that are un-incorporated and then it will appear again.

Important Notes:

1. This is my first workshop mod ever so be patient with me if I have messed up somewhere :). When I tested there were no errors though, and I don't think it should have any conflicts with other mods as its a decision.
2. AI won't take this decision ever so it is player only.

Only doing certain state would be nice, I want to incorporate my European Unification Larp without incorporating all of Africa

Well, I just did a compatch between your mod and the sampled mod so I can mark states with that mod and incorporate the marked ones with your mod, so it doesn't work with all states.

Hi @Taipan, would need to add UI scope like a decree or something that allows you to mark any un-incorporated state. But that would change the original scope of the mod and at this time I don't know if I have the time to add a feature like that.

I'll keep it in mind though, your use case. I can see how some would want this to be more finely controlled. I wish we could do polls or something as mod authors to get direct feedback like this. If a lot of people comment and want this mod to change like you've described I'd be open to making some time to change it. But at this time I will only update when the game updates break it.

Doesn't work anymore with the new DLC :(
