You can literally change the luminosity and glare intensity of each type of light in the ALS options. While in-game, press ESC, at the bottom there's a button called 'ALS Options', then go to 'Light Options'.
no hard feeling, if you need any help let me know.
The vehicles in the (ALS) Vehicles Pack are the first ones I ever made. I was still testing scales at the time, which is why the small vehicles are way too small and the big ones are too large. It’s an old mod pack, and I don’t plan to add any new vehicles to it. I was going to delete the mod, but a lot of people still like it.
As for the Toyota light, I’ll have to check what’s going on, since it’s not supposed to behave like that.
If you want help fixing the issues you mentioned, add me on Steam and I’ll help you sort them out.
Hmm, honestly, I didn't even think to get an answer. Maybe you're right, I don't know much about modding in Teardown)
But yeah, I'm sure the ALS is installed and turned on! I don't know why it doesn't want to work. Oh, and about the dangling headlights: For example, when I try to open the trunk on a Toyota AE86, the rear lights twist.
Well, since you contacted me, I wanted to ask why the fire trucks, SWAT, tow trucks and ambulances (for example, in NYPD Vehicles Pack) are so huge? Something tells me that fire trucks are not as tall as 2 people))).
Anyway, thanks for the answer. I didn't mean to insult this mods. I like it despite all these problems)))
If you understood how Teardown works, you wouldn’t complain about the loose lights. Embedded lights turn on when entering the car and off when exiting. To control them manually, they must be separate, which causes two side effects: first the “electronics breaking” sound and secound they become grabbable. EVF uses the same method—ALS just has more lights, making it more noticeable.
If the mod isn’t detecting ALS, here’s what you can do:
1. Make sure ALS is enabled in the mod menu.
2. Ensure both ALS and the vehicle mod are updated to the latest version.
5/10 – skill issue.
