The ES Luxemburg by EuroSpace Industries is a small & fast interceptor frigate. Its design evolved from the Tick class gunships, though it is larger and specialized to overload even strong shield setups with its 6 Disruptors. Due to its high flanking potential and relatively low damage output, it most often escorts larger ships that struggle with heavy shield setups (like the Zagreb Ion Destroyer), but it can usually stand up to vessels of similar or sometimes greater size too.

Boost Speed: ~120m/s
Price: ~325.000$

Feedback on effectiveness welcome.

Update 03/11/22: Put a single bar of armor in front of the back most Blasters to increase their durability against stray shots.
Update 21/11/22: Updated crew roles and assignments to more evenly supply the shields.

@deltaCorben: For that I refer you to the description section of my newer ship releases. In those I always add a disclaimer that explains how to work around the currently missing feature of correctly loading crew assignments.

With a couple of these (along with their crab escorts) I was able to capture a Medium Cabal Arms Depot mostly intact.

Thx. In creative you can also click "reset crew" and that fixes a recurring missing crew bug.

I have found a way to fix your crew should any of you run into a similar issue: Abandon ship and have your other ship send some crew over. That should most likely fix the crew ai, at least it did for me. Hope that helps!

I really like this ship, but the crew ai is bugged in multiplayer games. They will not power the lower half of the ship for some reason.
