NOT 1.5 BETA COMPATIBLE

Annoyed that you have to scroll past furniture factories and textile mills to find out what Urban Centers and Government Administrations are up to?

This small mod places more buildings under the Development tab rather than the Urban tab.

Buildings moved:
- Urban Center
- Arts Academy
- Power Plants
- Government Adminsitration
- University
- Skyscraper
- Suez/Panama Canal
- Monuments

Urban and Rural should now only have commercial buildings, while every building that follows special rules (no produced goods or goods that cannot be exported) should be in the Development tab.

I've made a simple update for this Mod and reduces the likelihood of subsequent incompatibilities.
