Update and simplification for the old Mod, adapted for 1.9
Original Mod:

Update: Moved Financial Districts and Manor Houses into development as well.

Paradox split the buildings in a way that makes the original mod completely obsolete, but they only learned a part of the original mod, leaving these buildings in the "Urban" category: the Town Centre, the Academy of Arts and the Trade Centre. This still leaves the town centre, art college and trade centre in the "Urban" category, which one still has to go through the whole category to find. (and more factories)

Differences from the original Mod:
Only the locations of the Urban Center, Art Academy and Trade Centre categories have been changed. If the game is updated without them, it will remain.

Change the category of the following buildings to "development":
Urban Center
Art Academy
Trade Centre
Financial Districts
Manor Houses

Compatibility:
Incompatible with any modification of these entries in the "building_group" file.
