VFE: Mechanoids Assemble Mechanoid Chips

Description
Allows you to Assemble Mechanoid Chips from the Biotech DLC at the Advanced Assembler
The signal chip costs 50 steel, 200 plasteel, 10 gold and 5 uranium.
The Powerfocus Chip costs 75 steel, 250 plasteel, 50 gold and 1 signal chip
The Nanostructuring Chip costs 100 steel, 300 plasteel, 100 gold and 1 powerfocus chip

I'm assuming that actually making them is tied behind getting the first chips from the bosses first, right? Also do like jtjumper's suggestion of adding mechanoid components as part of the cost.

A thought, it might be worth setting it up so that each chip requires you to complete the one above it, for balancing purposes?

I looked that one up, though IIRC it requires you to beat the bosses first to be eligible to craft said chips. Because I prefer to have long playthroughs on no-reloading I'd rather not risk fighting the bosses if I can help it, as they may bring a playthrough crashing down irreparably. As such, said mod is a no-go.
