Improved Socialist Economics (DISCONTINUED)

Description
NOTE: Discontinued as of 1.2, as the Devs have fixed many of the problems of socialism and there are other mods out there that do most of the individual features of this mod. They're even adding the One-Party State to 1.3

COMPATIBILITY PATCHES (load after relevant mods, use both at the same time):

Norton’s Flavor Mod:

The Great Rework:

A mod that attempts to better model Socialist/Communist/Anarchist economic systems and Ideology. Includes a new economic system called “Collectivized Economy” and a new distribution of power called "One-Party State". Rebalances several economic system laws, production methods, and ideologies.

This began as a homemade combination/rebalance of two other mods: “Better Socialism” by darkVanci and “TNM’s Real Command Economy” by The Naturat & Maciek, so go check those out. This mod moves the prole investment pool from Better Socialism onto the new collectivized economy law to better represent the economic shift after the revolution has come, and sends money from factories under command economies into the government coffers as in TNM’s Real Command Economy, instead of the investment pool as in Better Socialism. The latter idea resulted in my country going bankrupt while 1 billion pounds sat in the central planning department’s vault, unable to be used for anything other than new construction.

Full Changelog from vanilla:

Economic Systems

Agrarianism:
-Added 50% investment pool from aristocrats, farmers, and clergymen (All the owners of agriculture are interested in its expansion under agrarianism, and the investment pool from farmers means this is technically a functional option under socialism, though its still objectively pretty weak)

Interventionism:
-Now also funds power plants (Government promoting power infrastructure + a slight reason to take interventionism over laissez-faire)
-UPDATE: Buffed Aristocrat investment pool to 15% (Still nowhere near as efficient as capitalists, but makes expansion in agriculture a bit more viable)

Command Economy:
-Disallows all taxation laws other than graduated and gives you graduated taxation for free if you don’t already have it. May encourage the AI to pick this law more often. This is done so that we can achieve the next change…
-Applies a flat 95% Dividends tax (almost all money from the enterprise goes straight to the government, with planners skimming 5% off the top for themselves. Negative bureaucracy will make the problem worse as a result of the vanilla effect of Tax Waste) [credit: TNM’s Real Command Economy by The Naturat & Maciek]
-Disallowed by Anarchy law (You need a state to have state central planning)
-Imposes a Bureaucracy penalty (It takes a lot of administrators to assess the economy and plan it out)

New Law: Collectivized Economy:
-Provides a 25% investment pool from laborers, machinists, farmers, shopkeepers, engineers, and clerks (the workers are funding expansion, not as efficient as laissez-faire because the workers need/want more money for themselves than capitalists would)
-Requires Council Republic (you need a socialist political system if your workers are going to seize the means)
-Allows subsidies (the workers can choose to allocate funds to unprofitable industries)
-Investment Pool funds everything that interventionism does (the people are capable of funding some expansion across economic categories) + universities (funding expansion of schools a la the modern school movement)
-Adds +15% radicals from Standard of Living decreases and adds +3 expected SoL to poor and middle strata (the people now expect to live comfortably under socialism, and will start causing trouble if the government does not meet expectations)

Distribution of Power

New Law: One-Party State
-Adds large amount of political strength to bureaucrats (party members)
-Adds small amount of political strength to officers
-Disallows elections (the ruling government is assumed to be the party in question)
-Some added legitimacy from including the head of state in the government; falls between oligarchy and autocracy (One-Party states are usually oriented around a powerful head of state, but less so than an autocracy)
-25% penalty to legitimacy from ideological incoherence (maintaining the party line is important)
-UPDATE: +120 legitimacy bonus from government clout. (gains legitimacy from clout in line with autocracy and oligarchy)
-UPDATE: Adds +1 government size limit (Optimal situation is two IGs in government)
[If the OPS legitimacy is too weak or too strong compared to the vanilla DoP laws, let me know]

Misc:
-Oligarchy and Landed Voting are now disabled by Council Republic (socialism + landed voting makes no historical sense, socialist oligarchy equivalent is the new one-party state)

Ideologies

Anarchist Leaders:
-Now have opinions on economics
-Support national militias instead of professional armies (historical accuracy)
-Now respect women

Communist Leaders:
-Now have opinions on economics
-Now respect women

Vanguardist Leaders
-Prefer new One-Party State Law to Autocracy, and oppose Oligarchy
-Now respect women

Trade Unions:
-Now support Women in the Workplace and Women’s Suffrage more than Propertied Women

Misc:
-Everybody relevant now has opinions on the Collectivized Economy law
-Everybody relevant now has opinions on the One-Party State law

Production Methods

Worker’s Co-Operatives:
-Are now owned equally by everyone in the industry (previously there was a workplace dictatorship of machinists and laborers) [credit: Better Socialism by darkVanci]
-Disallowed by Command Economy (if the state is planning everything they need bureaucrats running the industries to do it)
-Clergymen have been replaced with additional farmers

Privately Owned Agriculture/Plantations
-Aristocrat ownership has been buffed so that they should always have a majority of shares in rural industries (previously they only collectively held ~25% of ownership shares in agriculture)

Government-Owned
-Additional engineers have been added to the workforce and given some ownership shares (some engineers are required for industrial planning, and they are given special perks)
-Clergymen have been liquidated removed from government-run agriculture

Urban Centers
- There is now a "Cultural Center" PM that removes all the clergymen [Credit: Better Socialism by darkVanci]

Compatibility

I doubt the Collectivized Economy law will work with Improved Automation’s econ-system based gamerule. Everything is now in new, more targeted files, so it should play friendlier with mods that have alterations to ideologies and economy laws. I have updated the names of the files such that this one will probably always take priority, but to be safe load after other mods for full effect.

The AI seems to select the new laws under a few circumstances I coded. How well they perform with the collectivized economy is anyone's guess. I have no idea how it interacts with Anbeeld's AI mod.

Does this mod enforce a council republic if the revolution is led by the trade union IG? I swear there was a mod that did.

Is this or Theresia's Communist Overhaul better?
