Lord of Skinks Tehenhauin

This mod gives Tehenhauin Oxyotl's Skink faction buffs (+1 MD, MA, LD per rank, and +1% Speed and Missile Damage per rank) and cost reduction (-25% Skink upkeep).

I found that i wanted to have Tehenhauin really lean into his skink fanatics. This mod was inspired by aidanpaidan, who made something almost identical, but i found it to clash with several other mods that I wanted to run.
