Adds aditional genes in the stile of: Biotech Capacitor Genes - OP

Tier 6:
Complexity: +30
Metabolic Efficiency: +30
Originally named Nanite Capacitor, was changed to match the theme.

Tier 7:
Complexity: +35
Metabolic Efficiency: +35

Tier 8:
Complexity: +40
Metabolic Efficiency: +40

Tier 9:
Complexity: +45
Metabolic Efficiency: +45

Tier 10:
Complexity: +50
Metabolic Efficiency: +50

Notes:
1.If you want to test this mod and see how it, using dev-mode you can edit a person's genes, you can find them under the name Capacity_Booster_Tier_X.
2.Removing the mod mid-playthrough, causes some one time errors to happen.
3.All the genes are obtainable as any base game genes (Traders, Quests)
4.All Capacitor genese stack, for a total of +275 metabolism.

Balance:
Not very balanced.

I think this is exactly what I need. I played 1.4 with Biotech and Ideology for the first time last night. and was annoyed by the increased metabolic rates when making strong characters.

Hey, sorry, didn't mean to appear rude just posting the bug like that, found a few in my log and did that to a few modders. will check by tomorrow.
