Always Essential - Walkways

This mod removes the following part from any groups, making them always available (next to doors and corridors);
- Walkways.

This mod adjusts the Walkways tech (Tech26) slightly by giving it a direct group to show in, instead of a reference to the parts group. It may have issues with mods that replace or alter the tree prior to Tech26.
