Always Essential Combined

This mod removes the following parts from any groups, making them always available (next to doors and corridors);
- Fire Extinguishers.
- Walkways.
- Airlocks.

This mod adjusts the Walkways tech (Tech26) slightly by giving it a direct group to show in, instead of a reference to the parts group. It may have issues with mods that replace or alter Tech26 or previous adjustments to the tech tree.

The mod also puts the Fire Extinguisher job to the "general jobs" tab, still requires extinguishers as a resource to put out fires.
