The Icycold prayer is a division of Cabal of Sol who was founded fifty years ago at the destruction of Sol after a disagreement caused by the disbelief of Sol destruction. While the Icycold prayer took it as a sign of change, Cabal of sol endeavors to "reincarnate" its dead God.

Led by a constitutional monarchy composed of a symbolically blind queen and her high council, Icycold continues to fight this war with the Cabal of Sol to this day. They believe that the Cabal’s scientists were directly responsible for the destruction of Sol, while the Cabal accuses the Icycold leadership of conspiring to destroy Sol or simply proclaims it was all an accident. However, because Icycold is only a fraction of the size of the Cabal of Sol, they only possess a handful of major shipyards, thus their ships, crews, architects, and workforce are spread thin. Their mining industry, though thriving primarily because of advanced sundiving technologies, is not exempt from this lack of manpower. As such, Icycold doctrine places special emphasis on the quality of their ships. Most Icycold ships are highly armored builds, as iron is a very common resource found while sundiving. The ships themselves are built to operate in decisive fleet engagements rather than one-on-one skirmishes, allowing Icycold’s navy to defeat larger forces in detail.
