Somehow used the old version of Black Moon Light. The most recent edit added additional light work ^^

Added 3 ships and many miscellaneous changes, including more reverse thrusters on Reflections and edited/added ship lore.

Thanks to Itchy for handing me out Frigidus Eques! That the first ship of Icycold that isin't mine but I hope to see more.

- Added two civilian, Amethyst & A war banner
- A lot of lore, including partial & total rework.

Miscellaneous crew & hypderdrives fixes

Known unfixed issues:
- Ukpik does not have hyperdrive
- Snow poof need a redesign
- Icecrystal thrusters flicker

Summit also has a bunch of issues but since it's not really meant to fly i think it's fine.

- Added Snow Blizzard, a 1DC ship painted with the new star scheme

- ALOT of ship lore
- Fixed Limid Whimper & Reflection logistics
- Added a capital letter to Crystal Shard as Vilda suggested

Completely repainted Cutie shine, Crystal shard, Reflections, Cold night into a star theme.
Removed Iceberg in the waiting of a complete repaint in Summit vibes.

Added Frozen Frostbite, a railkite, and Thawing Sleet, a weaponless arm depot that hides in the sun area.

Added lore to Mindshard.

ahem changed Mindshard Merrow and Tuna color scheme (again)
