Houndeye, Voltigore and MetroZombie 2: the better version

Old addon with new models!

Gives a model for the unused Houndeye, Voltigore and Metrozombie NPCs
To spawn Houndeye: npc_create npc_houndeye in console
To spawn Voltigore: npc_create npc_voltigore in console
To spawn MetroZombie: npc_create npc_metrozombie in console
Voltigore shoots a projectile that works similarly to xen grenade
Metrozombie is like a zombine but uses a stunstick
to make houndeye deal damage change these values in skill.cfg or console:
sk_Houndeye_dmg_blast
sk_Houndeye_health
