Quackbang Grenades

Description
OODA Loop Disruption Technology at its Finest

The Quackbang is an alternative to the flashbang for your CQB breaching needs. Providing a distraction sure to interrupt any OODA loop in progress, the Quackbang is made with the finest of industrial rubber, with a durable squeak module installed for exceptional audio quality.

Will cause AI to look at the Quackbang and think "WTF was that" for a moment, giving the breacher enough time to enter the room and clear while the AI is distracted. May work on human players.

3D modelling conversion and textures conversion by Murphy.
Config and scripting by Wenza.

Keep getting smoked vs AI when trying to do CQC. ARMA was built with outdoor mass engagements in mind (which, seeing as BI wants to add a WW2 DLC despite that we already have WW2 mods available, I think they're gonna keep pushing that route).


I'm tired of being smoked by the AI, my AI squad phasing through the walls like 4th dimensional beings whenever I try to use them, or having the building drop on me because I forgot to turn damage off when I use frags.


Here's to hoping one day, we eventually get something for CQB, because I was hoping Desert Sahara would have been that update/DLC, but it was only partial.

For those wondering - the ACE flashbang works by making AI turn 180 degrees away from where the grenade goes off, and the RHS flashbang puts AI into a brief "stunned" animation.
The Quackbang is essentially a reverse ACE flashbang - instead of rotating the AI 180 degrees away from the grenade, this forces the AI to turn towards it.
AI do not "see", so can't be "blinded" by flashbangs. The Quackbang is still an effective distraction, in some cases (not all) it can be better than the ACE flashbang, which can occasionally turn an AI to face the door you are breaching through, which with a Quackbang would only happen if it went off in the doorway threshold.

I was hoping that this would be an actual flashbang that just made a quack sound. Still funny, but not quite what I wanted lol
