Description
Play as the eccentric Turco-Indian Sultan of Delhi, Muhammad ibn Tugluq; in Sid Meier's Civilization VI.

Delhi is an ancient city upon the Ganges, but its Hindu past became supplanted by the rise of Islam in India. There was not a proper sultanate called "Delhi" but rather a series of sultanates, the (Indian) Mamluks, the Khalji, the Tugluqs, the Sayyids, and the Lodi, that are grouped together as the Delhi Sultanate for their shared impact on India. Each of these sultanates survived a variety of threats and are considered essential to the spread of Islam while also containing a variety of capable or pathetic rulers shaped by the ever-changing geopolitics of the subcontinent. The largest of these sultanates was ruled by Muhammad bin Tugluq, a Turco-Indian that conquered the Indo-Gangetic Plain and much of the Deccan. The Delhi Sultanates would always falter, even bin Tugluq spent most of his tenure putting down revolts much like Aurangzeb would centuries later.

I've been thinking about separate leader packs, @Younesmegou12. The issue is that my only goal is to modernise all mods before I expand anything.

Hello Strudeler, I had a question: do oyu think it would be possible for you to have the dual leaders be exclusively from their own Civilization? I really love your Russian and Indian mods, but it gets too much to have them as both their own civ and Russia/India.

Delhi has been updated to match my initial vision. Muhammad bin Tugluq can now move his capital via a unique project, and completing this project adds +4 Population and Housing every time but removes 1 Population from cities within 6 tiles if said cities have at least 2 Population. Tugluqabad and Daulatabad, while not replacing Delhi as the initial capital, are now in the city list, @McDuck.

Suggested name of the capital here: Tughluqabad - a city that was built was Mohammed bin Tughluq. Or it can be Daulatabad, the city where he tried to transfer his capital, but gave up half way

I'm not really one for leader packs @CelticWarrior95, but I may try now that the community has been brought back by the Leader Pass.

Can you please make "Ho Chi Minh" as a Viet leader next?
