->Muhammad bin Tugluq's updated ability: cities with at least 10 Population gain +2 Food, Production which is doubled during a Golden or Heroic Age, and Faith which is doubled during a Dark Age. Gain a Military policy slot in any government during a Golden or Heroic Age. Gain an Economic policy slot in any government during a Dark Age. Gain the Tugluq Migration unique project.
->Tugluq Migration project: -3 Amenities in the city when being produced. Provides Food in the city every turn. When complete, the Capital moves to the city and it gains +4 Population and Housing and cities within 6 tiles lose -1 Population if they have at least 2 Population.

->Khanqah's Science and Culture has been reduced to +2, Faith increased to +3, and Great Prophet point reduced to +1 but tripled during a Golden Age.
