GSI Rook-class Cruiser

Built with the technical assistance of EuroSpace Industries, Groddle Space Industries' Rook-class Cruiser is GSI's first foray into military-grade cosmoteer ships.

The main armament of the Rook-class is sixteen paired Ion Beams, a total of eight output Ion Prisms.

It is equipped with thirty-two Point Defense systems arranged into eight batteries of four. Three batteries on each wing are forward-facing and one batterry faces to the side to catch stray missiles.

The Rook-class also features a shield cap/suspended nose and shield neck comparable to the EuroSpace Zurich Mk II.

There is currently a missing feature in career mode where crew assignments are not copied from the ship template along with the crew roles.

My work around is to playtest the ship in career mode (Main Menu > More > Ship Library > [select ship] > Playtest), take notes or a screenshot, and then manually do crew assignments when I load career mode.

Hopefully Walt & co. can fix this issue in the near future.
