Description
MECA is partly based on the code of MD ChaosAI - part of the code has been directly lifted from it, but most of it is of my own design, as I rebuilt it from the ground up to add a ton of features and improvements. Still, send Target thanks for creating the basis this mod runs on!

-----FEATURES-----

Once world tension reaches 100, the following government types will declare war at the following Opinion thresholds:
Democratic: -60
Non-aligned: -40
Communist: -10
Fascist: +60

Nations will declare war on nations which they hate and which are weaker than them. Infantry equipment, artillery, anti-tank artillery and tanks are used in the strength calculations, so if you wanna avoid war, you know what to arm your divisions with!

Guarantees are taken into account with war calculations. If two potential war targets are bordering a nation, and are at war with each other, the uninvolved nation will always attack the stronger nation to heighten its chance of success. Be wary!

I have made a submod to finetune the world tension generation in Equestria at War - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3155573277 . If you play Equestria at war, I strongly recommend playing with both this mod and that one active, as it will delay 100% world tension (and thus war AI activation) until usually early 1012 to late 1014!

-----CHANGELOG-----
6th feb '24 - modified the automatic peace code to fire when no casualties have been suffered by either side for a prolonged period. This should prevent things from getting stuck, and prevent weird edge-case territory swaps! Also, tweaked the war code to ignore Azir in EaW's Zebrica - the place breaks the AI, and devs highlighted the fact that it's basically meant to be too worthless to invade for anyone.

Vanilla
Equestria at War (with added functionality to make the Dread League and Arcturian Order not join in the madness) (Magical Equipment is also counted in the calculations to decide if a war should start, and is considered worth 20% more than normal infantry equipment)

I've been waiting to test it until after I get that AI-boosting DLC. What exactly needs updating? Is it broken in base game? I do all my testing in EaW for the record...

uh, he hasn't said that, and actually has said it isn't, though I'll say it literally is last time I used it aside from not working for the nationalist ideology group, never caused a game crash but maybe md updated since then

I imagine it could be a change in load order logic, that was always something that was sketchy with this mod. I know for sure it's happy with EaW, but other mods are luck of the draw really.

I haven't tried out the new dlc yet. I'll definitely fix once I do.
What makes you say it broke? No war despite sustained 100% World Tension? The mod was meant to be quite resilient to updates
