Storm's Tweaks Mod

Description
Storm's Tweaks Mod is a quality of life mod that adds some configuration options that change some small mechanics of the game.

It is strongly recommended to not use this mod if you're playing multiplayer!

This mod has ceased active development and with not receive any updates to add new features, but will be updated to work with the latest tmod version plus any major bugs will be patched.

Note all tweaks are initially disabled so you can manually enable only the ones you want.

This mod allows you to:
Celestial Event Shield
-Configure the kill count for the pillars
Weapon/damage tweaks
-Customise the damage variance for players and enemies
-Allows for "super crits", if your crit chance is above 100% however much by is the chance to perform a super crit, which deals x3 damage as a regular hit
-Allows you to view the exact usetime and knockback stats of any item
Player Tweaks
-Choose how long it takes for you to respawn
-Allow you to respawn at full health
-Prevent your own explosives from dealing self-damage (Doesn't work with exploding bullets for some reason)
-Prevent certain cavern traps from harming you (Doesn't work on Temple traps or any trap in "No traps" worlds
-Prevent you from dropping a tombstone on death
-Prevent you from being chilled in water in a snow biome in Expert mode
Mining/Placement Tweaks
-Allow Axes and Hammers to benefit from Mining Speed buffs.
-Allows Mechancial tools to benefit from mining speed buffs (Drills, Chainsaws, and Jackhammers)
-Allows drills to mine in a 3x3 area
-Allows unsafe walls to be broken from the inside
-Greatly increase your block placement speed
Shimmer
-Allows certain boss drops to be shimmerable into eachother
-Prevent you from falling through shimmer
Misc Tweaks
-Enable Halloween/Christmas
-Unlock an enemy's full bestiary entry after just 1 kill
-Prevent prehardmode enemy stats from scaling in Expert hardmode
-Make the Lucky Horseshoe and its tinkers display exact luck values
-Disable dev items dropping from treasure bags
-Make falling stars fall as items instead of projectiles
-Make Blazing Wheels and Spike balls killable

the mod really screws up the bestiary at the moment, removing all npc entries, if you unlock an npc entry, the resulting unlock is randomized, (for me it was torch god on guide) I wish you luck in fixing that.

Seems like the 3x3 mine space for drills is broken in multiplayer, mainly that if one player is trying to use the 3x3 mine on a drill, all other players in the server will also have it active even if their not using a drill

For mod configs that require a reload you have to enable them in the mod list menu. Then when you make the changes save it and it'll automatically reload once you return to the title screen.

so I was just wandering how I save the mod config because it says reload required when I go to save it and I'm not sure what to do. do I just close the game before saving it? or what?

Oh, so I suppose the prisons are too small for the slimes. That explains that.

Anyway, on a different topic, I noticed that Dry Bombs (and likely the other liquid types) still deal self-damage with the appropriate tweak enabled.

I mean those prison houses really don't take long to make, seems like a very minor issue (ignore the minor issues this mod fixes), besides most players have mods that double the NPC count.

@TheStorm just saw your response to their town slime/pet discussion, yes they can share a house with NPCs but you're not completely correct with that - for a pet to share a house with an NPC, the housing must be slightly bigger. The minimum size housing (the prison boxes, which was the context here), which is a preferred way to store NPCs for many people, means only ONE of them can live in such a housing, a pet cannot join an NPC in those houses as it's too small, thus if you unlock (even accidentally, easy to do with some of them) those slimes you're required to construct more prison box housing space to accommodate for them.
