I saw that you managed to get less game! Fantastic!
I was wondering if you know how to completely change the animals you catch.
Let me explain: I've tried changing the weight of the birds, for example, but these only change for animals that are found with the inspector mode.
Another factor that breaks the game a lot are the little birds that weigh 0.1kg and sometimes give even -40 hunger. you can pack 300 in a freezer
At high levels of cooking, and trap building, you catch huge beasts that we would feed on for weeks.
Do you think there is a way to tweak the protein level, fat and weight of the animals you catch?
In multiplayer no matter how much you lower the probability of catching something, the clock is ticking and in the long run the traps still catch them all!
I'm just looking for a way to actually use what you catch and not hoard endlessly
Thanks for the time!
@soalokin Maybe you lack the skill so they won't show on your list yet.
@pynoTTV Sorry was away for a while and then after coming back I didn't get the chance to answer and look into everything in steam. Im guessing you get a lot of animals when using certain types of baits , yes? I think it should be pretty easy to configure that... needs a lot of testing tho. I'll look into it. I'm working on a vanilla friendly hunting system as well now, as the one I was using way too simple and not dynamic enough. I want animals to be caught while ONLY being IN the forest + various gun sounds and so on and on, you gonna like it.
