[BQM] Better Crew Quarters

This Mod is part of the [BQM]-Series

Adds 100 new Crew Quarters in total - 10 variants with 10 Tiers each (NEW from v2.0 on).

Crew quarters now give crew members for each tile occupied (Default is 1).
Also lets you place a door on any side (except for the 1x1 CQ).
