Illumination Mortar

Description
A mortar that shoots brighter flares than the pathetically dim vanilla ones. These should actually illuminate their surroundings.

Only contains flare ammo, ammo will automatically refill after a minute to prevent players from spamming flares. Compatable with all script enabled pub zeus servers and AI fire mission waypoints.

If you want to change the flare color, go into eden editor, place the composition and open the mortar's init code. Change the "setLightAmbient" and "setLightColor" RGB values to your liking and then save the object as a composition.

Whatever you think would work better for EZM. Although there might be an issue with AI using the mortar that will have to be fixed, just need to add a check so that the hint message for the mortar reloading doesn't get sent if it's an AI inside the mortar. I'll see if I can fix it later today.

Either, can make the selected mortar into a flare mortar or a module for better flares on its own

Will probably get around to making a module version of this at some point.
