More Cultural Mechanics for EK2

Description
More Culture Mechanics for Elder Kings 2 | Updated for EK2 0.15
MCM is a submod that makes some changes and additions to the cultures of Tamriel that I play with myself.
  • New event to choose your capital when forming Craglorn
  • Orcish cultures with the Denizens of Lost Orsinium tradition can now form Greater Wrothgar regardless of nativity
  • Silverhoof Vale & Pariah Hill are now titular duchies
  • Ghost Snake now has a HoF held by the only ruler of the faith.

Community Culture Utility
CCU is a mod made by Vertimnus to add language and heritage families to CK3, but obviously real languages don't apply here, unless you count Tamrielic as English.

I've tried to map out each heritage's cultural origin and the descent of each language accurately, but since this is a fictional world there's not exactly heaps of scientific papers to read so it's mainly educated guesses. Most languages on Nirn come from Ehlnofex, as seen on the chart above, but specifically how closely related the languages are is debatable. I've made Ehlnofex it's own parameter rather than a language family to allow more detail.

So outta curiosity, it looks like the picture here is a Riekling wearing fancy clothing, does this mod do something to allow cultures to intermingle with other species? We see only one Argonian heritage for example that wears normal clothing, meaning all Argonians (Even the ones that have gone past Ku-Vastei) all wear tribal clothes

I have an idea, would you be willing to implement some changes for the Akaviri cultures? I can't get the stuff to work but maybe you can?

Hey man bit of a elder scrolls geek here, but i wanted to point out that actually Bretons originated from the Nedic people of Highrock and Aldmer interbreeding, and the Cyrodilic people from the Nedic and Atmoran interbreeding. I would move the Bretons But leave the Cryodilic.

It includes CCU. You can't run CCU itself with EK2 though since the heritages and languages are different.

Does this work without CCU though?
