Allows you to sacrifice 4 familiars.

The Bible
Spawns Seraphim familiar for the current room.

Book of the Dead
If there is a Bony, Black Bony, Bone Fly, or Revenant in the room, it permanently charm the one that is closest to you.

Remote Detonator
On use, it also cause all the enemies that explode on death to explode and die.
Included enemies: Mulliboom, Boom Fly, Drowned Boom Fly, Sick Boom Fly, Tainted Boom Fly, Poison Mind, Kamikaze Leech, Holy Leech, Ticking Spider, Migraine, Black Maw, Black Bony, Poofer, Poot Mine, Fly Bomb.

Doctor's Remote
On use, you also shoot a homing rocket in the right direction.

Telepathy for Dummies
Your shooting familiars now have homing shots.

IV Bag
Kills one of your Blue Flies, Blue Spiders, or Dips, and spawns a coin in its place. If it kills a Gold Dip, it spawns a Dime. If it kills a Rainbow Dip, it spawns a Lucky Penny.

Razor Blade
Kills one of your Blue Flies, Blue Spiders, or Dips, and increases your damage by +0.6 for the current room.

Golden Razor
If there are Keepers or Hangers in the room, it kills them and permanently increases your damage by +0.1 for each one.
If there are Gold Dips in the room, it kills them and permanently increases your damage by +0.3 for each one.
If Greed is in the room, it kills him and permanently increases your damage by +0.5.
If Super Greed is in the room, it kills him and permanently increases your damage by +1.

Guppy's Paw
Replaces 1 full Red Heart on the ground with a Soul Heart. If there are only Half Red Hearts, it replaces one with Half Soul Heart.

Converter
On use, turns your Blue Flies into Red Locusts.

Mom's Bra
If you kill an enemy while it is petrified, it spawns a Rock Dip.

Isaac's Tears
You shoot 16 tears instead of 8.

Red Candle
On use, you also shot a flame in a random direction.

The Candle
On use, you also shot a blue flame in a random direction.

Dad's Key
Replaces all keys on the ground with Charged Keys.

Lemon Mishap
The familiar that is the most far away from you creates a tiny pool of yellow creep.

Free Lemonade
The familiar that is the most far away from you spawns a pool of Lemonade.

Sharp Key
Your familiars also shot a key in the direction that you shot.

Kamikaze!
Your familiars also explode. Blue Flies/Spiders will not explode for balance reasons.

Mystery Gift
It also spawns a random trinket.

Eden's Soul
It also spawns 2 random trinkets.

Alabaster Box
It also spawns a random holy trinket.

Pandora's Box
Gives more rewards but not in an OP way.

The Poop
Spawns 2 poops instead of 1.

Portable Slot
If there are Pennies on the ground, it has a chance to exchange them with pickups like the regular use of Portable Slot.
If there are Nickels on the ground, it exchanges them with either a Soul Heart, a Tarot Card, or a Sack.
If there are Dimes on the ground, it has 36% chance to exchange them with a Locked Chest, 36% with a Stone Chest, 16% with an Eternal Chest, 8% with an Old Chest, and 4% with a Mega Chest.
If there are Double Pennies on the ground, it exchanges them with either a Double Heart, a Double Bomb, or a Key Ring.
If there are Lucky Pennies on the ground, it exchanges them with a random item that increases luck.
If there are Sticky Nickels on the ground, there is an 85% chance to exchange them with a random bomb-related trinket, and an 15% chance with the Sticky Bombs item.
If there are Golden Pennies on the ground, it exchanges them with either a Gold Heart, a Golden Bomb, or a Golden Key.
