EDIT 2: oh and Converter is another synergy here that is a poorly designed one Imo. If one use turns ALL blue flies into red locusts, that's just absolutely stupid busted; but if it were to convert a single blue fly on use then it'd be much more balanced that way, even though it'd be strong af still. This is one I'd also suggest removing or reworking

EDIT: Dad's Key is busted af though, I did forget to mention that. This is a completed mod, so it wouldnt be reasonable to expect the mod dev to continue work on it— but if there was any update to ever be made I'd hope it would either remove this Dad's Key synergy or rework it

This mod is very interesting and creative. The mod dev has a fine understanding of balance within this game, and I believe they did an absolutely incredible job here. Most mods that affect gameplay I dont use for balance reasons but this one is one that I feel is damn near perfect to include into the base game.

The only concern I have is the strength of portable slot; it's a must take if you have car battery because of how powerful it is to grant yourself marginally better resources over simple coins. That said though, it made Portable Slot actually useful lol and it's another show of how creative this dev apparently is.

It seems that for these synergies if one player has car battery all other players get the effect on their active items.

Not certain if this is intended or a bug, but picking up car battery will cause you to do two random active items.

I had a strange effect where I bought the car battery in greed mode, and it removed lil' dumpy, and then spawned a trinket, sacrificial alter (which I had previously picked up and used) and Judas' shadow.

d6 could also maybe swap between the item and the rerolled item once (like TIsaac, but just one swap) but maybe thats too hard. maybe it spawns the original item somewhere, choose one of two style, but the og item disappears quickly? idfk

You should make it work with D6. Cause like if it just rolls a op item, and the rerolls it I feel so dumb for taking battery. I think it should be something like tainted issac.

a Cool Idea that i saw because of a glitched mod that i had, you should make d6+car battery reroll the item and make it swap between another item, sort of like a better soul of isaac.

Super cool mod, you should think about maybe implementing things like:
eternal d6: reduced chance to despawn
Spindown: turns into spinup
D6: turns the item into a type tainted isaac item

This genuinely sounds so sick! Car battery was one of those kinda sucky items that you would pick up "Just in case" But now its actually just good!

Pretty great synergy mod! Only things I find weird is it feels like some of these car battery effects are way too niche, like Bible charming only Baby/Angelic baby enemies

maybe that could of just been treated like the reverse Devil card and grant a temporary Seraphim familiar that shoots those sacred heart tears for the room?

Really simple idea I have been dying to see in the game:
Car Battery + The D6 could work like Soul of Isaac. It'd make items cycle the old item and a new rerolled item.

Nice mod, another addition to "more synergies" family.
Some thoughts:
* That random rocket when you use Dr's remote sound like something that could easily cause bad damage. It should just fire a second missile.
* The Bible effect is probably too situation. It should spawn a permacharmed enemy if it can't convert any. Same for the book of the dead.
* Telepathy for dummies could give homing to your faliliars.
P.S. I'm not familiar with the mod API. I don't know if what I am suggesting is
actually possible.

Mom's Pad: Spawns another fly.

Mega Blast: Upgraded from tier 4 -> 5 brimstone visually, and mechanically the multiplier goes from 5 -> 6.

A couple more ideas if you feel like adding them:

Black hole: instantly hits all enemies in the room for 36 damage (the same as black hole does normally)

Smelter: 50% chance to make the trinket spawn on the floor after being absorbed.

Telepathy for dummies: permanently destroy the book and the car battery, gain spoon bender.

R key: rather than going back to the beginning, restart the current floor and spawn 1 boss item and treasure item for each floor that would have been reset.

Forget me now: you go backwards one floor (I.E stage 4 -> 3)

Flush: Spawn two dips for each enemy killed.

Flip: [T.laz] heal half a heart if going to laz, half a soul heart when going to dead laz. For other characters reroll the item before flipping (the item you swapped away from).

Friendly ball: when releasing, spawn the enemy twice.

Magic Fingers: 10 -> 20 flat damage.

Shoop da woop: Now a giga brimstone (tier 5), the same one beast uses. 2 -> 3x multiplier.
