Closer to Army Books : A Soft Infantry Overhaul

Description
Thought as an extension of my "Empire Infantry tweaks" mod, "Closer to Army Books" aims to give the same treatment the Empire received to all the factions of the game : give the various Infantry units of the game the role they had in the Tabletop Game and their respective Lore while also trying to remain faithful to the Base Game balance.

List of changes and aimed goals
Sword (and other hand weapons) & Shield Units
These units have been repurposed to become Line Holders, they, alongside Shielded Spearmen units, usually have the best melee defense of your roster. While having more melee attack and HP than spearmen (giving them the edge in an infantry fight) they generally suffer from a lack of specialised(Armour-piercing, anti-infantry, anti-large) damage.

Shielded Spearmen and Shielded Halberdiers
With a very few exceptions they remain largely unchanged compared to their vanilla counterpart, boasting a great Melee defense and anti large-damage but a lack of melee attack which leaves them vulnerable to Sword & Shield units as well as Dual Wielders and Two-Handers.

Shieldless Halberdiers
They have been repurposed from line holders to a versatile shock infantry, they are more vulnerable in melee than in vanilla (their defense remains superior to two handers and dual wielders, albeit with a thin margin). But their damage and charge bonus have been increased drastically to compensate. They will do good damage on impact but will tend to lose momentum quickly, especially against Dual Wielders & Two Hander units.

Dual wielders & Two hander units
They too are largely unchanged compared to vanilla, boasting a high melee attack they often have armour-piercing and anti-infantry damage but otherwise suffer from a lack of melee defense and shields.

Recruitment conditions, costs and upkeep
To compensate for their newfound strenghts and/or weaknesses, the most impacted units of each roster have received changes to their recruitment and upkeep costs, and for the more extreme cases, to their recruitment conditions as well.

Updated the mod to be compatible with 4.0
i also scaled down the Tzaangors to be the same as Normal Beastmen Gors stat wise (as they were a bit overtuned in vanilla and were, in lore, just normal Gors marked by Tzeentch).

Is there any other melee infantry unit you would like me rebalance ?

I had, in fact, a few ideas for edits, but none concerning the Chaos Dwarfs so far.

I usually don't try to touch the stats of the units too much when they already fulfill their expected role from the tabletop game and from my tests the Chaos Dwarf Warriors already perform really well for their price (both variants are essentially Dwarfen Longbeards with the armour of a normal Dwarf Warrior, but it doesn't prevent from being just as nigh unkillable).

Personally I think they are doing fine as is (I even find the Chaos Dwarf Warriors regiment of renown to be OP, As I saw them reduce pretty much every elite infantry unit of the game to smitherins with their bombs, including Ironbreakers and their Regiment of renown).

Still, thanks for sharing your experience, if you have any suggestion I'll be happy to hear them.

aye i love the idea of the mod and i been using it sense pre 3.0 and i noticed some things that dont look correct like how the chaos dwarfs have 85 Armour even in the vanilla game this is an oversight in lore the chaos dwarfs are supposed to be a very tanky race. i fix this by editing some units in your mod for complete personal use but the main question is do you have any plans on further editing the units?
