Description
Connect Arma 3 to Discord!

This is a server-mod so it is only necesary for the server owner to install this, no requirements for the players.
It will also work without CBA, but you'd have to type in the settings in the initServer.sqf file.

Requirements:



Features:


  • Chat-relay. All messages sent in designated channels will be relayed from Arma to Discord and vice-versa.
  • Live-feed. Upon Starting a new game a self-updating embed will show the ingame situation, depending on your CBA-settings


Commands available in Discord:
  1. Global Hint: Send a message that will be displayed to all players(ingame) as a hint.
  2. Global sys-chat: Send a systemchat to all players.
  3. Dm player: Send a direct message to a player from discord.
  4. Get player-status: Get a overview of a certain players gear and health.
  5. Zap unit: Send a lightning bolt on someone (player or AI)
  6. Set wind: Sets the wind-level
  7. Set fog: Sets the fog-level
  8. Set time: Sets the ingame time

I am very happy to finally be able to publish this work, and I really hope you like it!

  1. Feedback. I need to know what to add and where the bugs I have not spotted are.

Hi! Really interested in this, looking for something for example if a trigger is activated it notifies a channel on our discord. Is that possible? This looks really good

GTX probably will not be compatible, I'd recomend a VPS provider.
If the map is not listed it still functions as normal, but the icons will be overlayed on a VR-surface

Hey Tally, just been looking at this mod and it looks really cool. I just wanted to ask, what happens if you are playing on a map that is not listed? Does it just not send map screenshots to Discord, but still display the rest of the information?

I just need to work out how to install it on a GTX hosted server :P if there is a way!

in the future it'd be cool if you could tie this to an ace item that is like an emergency radio that when activated, pings the discord channel that you need help so pilots for example don't have to be in game for three hours at the airfield doing nothing on a milsim op for example

First of All: Awesome project. A wonderful base what is showing up what the DC Api could handle. I will follow with big interest in which way you will go with this project.

Short question: You will be find at Fiveer under same Name? I am interested in a Dingor Map addition ^^.
