I think you can add an unit: the Devoti.
In the celtiberic culture the relation where important becouse there where no international relationships so they use to made three types of social relathionship: hospitium ( just normal relathionship between alied people) clientela ( the people live in the house of the boss and the boss pay for everything, but they protect the boss) and the devotio (is like clientela but more close. The devoti suicide if the boss die). Later the roman take some of this as they did whit the swords (the gladio was original for celtiberics) and the smithing (roman where surprise that a barbaric tribes can make better iron than the civilizated nations).
I think a unit of devoti could go well whit the history and can be an unit focused on big moral.
