Description
WELCOME, to the page of my first ever Reassembly mod, the Void Engines!

Trivia
Total development time: 13 months, including the 3 month long burnout.

Contributors: dillpickaxe, Ægg prophet, Prototype, Randomnumbers, Jammy.

The Limit Unlocker mod may or may not be required to play this faction to the fullest, best not risk it and just have the mod if you want to play this.

List of present features
In this mod you will find:
– 5 turreted weapon systems;
– 1 active anti-splash defense system;
– modular propulsion with a cap that multiplies thrust;
– a different way to manage power generation and capacity;
– quickly growing crystalline hull for building exceptionally quick to assemble ships;
– durable but dense armor prisms that besides great durability sport decent splash resistance due to their size;
– lot's of powerful ships that are sometimes TOO SLOW for their own good;
– ludicrously big and long resource storage blocks, they're not free tho;
– little tractor beamers that are effective, but cost a pretty penny;

List of absent features
In this mod you will NOT find:
– expansive lore;
– ANY launchable weapons (missiles and drones);
– giant faction regions that take up a third of the galaxy;
– full recolor (the one compromise you WILL get is recolor for crystal blocks, NOTE that weapon shots and engine colors WILL NOT change);
– biggest of this faction's ships spawning, you'll have to go and spawn those ship blueprints in the sandbox, then export them to the desktop, THEN you can import them into the build editor in your save file (sounds complicated but really isn't)

Well, there is SOME lore but it's exclusively written in blurbs, and i don't even know if it classifies as lore, eh you'll see.

Extra file
I am also adding extra content to this package here, with some fiddling, you will get a sandbox level that contains the module palette that was used to build the stations and ships of this mod. You can find and insert the sandbox levels in this file location.

You will find the sandbox file in my mod folder in the "extras" section.
How to access files of a mod you have subscribed to? Open Reassembly > go to Mods tab > Click on the "Browse Files" button on the mod that interests you.

Warning(s)
This mod is incompatible with the [Malakos], the [Chalce Collective], the [Wayward Valkeryie] and the [Hedranites] mods. I thank Petraxeln, Cosmos and N8crafter for pointing out the mod conflicts.

I am open to any questions related to the mod in the comments and will try to fix any issue that crops up.
Don't expect much though, I am no miracle worker.

i imagine the reason for that is because there are plenty of block choices but the scales don't go quite big enough

the compression cannon turrets have very high projectile velocity, they are meant to be medium ranged weapons
the rolling punch turret has limited range and proj velocity but compensates with damage
the sniper cannons are stupidly fast, especially the largest one
anyways BE MORE SPECIFIC DAMN IT (lh)

mod appears to have parts that clash with some other mods; at least one of the clashes encountered is with the Chalce Collective mod. Is this due to error on my end?
