Description
With this mod you can play the original Gothic 2 WITHOUT the addon "The Night of the Raven".

Unlike the other "Classic Mod" on this Workshop this one has almost no differences to the original version from 2002. The files were taken directly from the Classic CD. Merely the performance is a bit better thanks to the (modified) Systempack.

This mod is incompatible with most addons.


This mod is not supposed to be "better" than the other Classic Mod. In fact most people should play the other one. This is solely for those who want to play it like in 2002.

It contains the 1.30 engine, otherwise it would crash on New Game.
And that is why it's "Addon", "Standalone" doesn't allow you to change the Gothic2.exe.

And why not make it one upload with standalone type and language switcher instead of 4 separate addons?

Just copying the original files is not enough. Scripts from 1.30 are not fully compatible with 2.6 engine, so there will be bugs and problems. Keep that in mind.
